Basil
If you’ve read our herbs for protection post (Click here to read), you’ll know that basil can be used when calling in wealth and prosperity as well as being used for protection… but did you know it can be used for invoking courage and harmony too?
It’s super versatile! One hack I’ve been loving is purchasing it fresh from the supermarket for recipes and popping what is leftover in my dehydrator to use in spell work. Of course, you can hang it to dry too!
A simple way to use basil for self love:
Dress a pink candle with basil and lavender to promote harmony, peace and self love. Alternatively, you could sprinkle the herbs around the candle. (Remember to use a fireproof tray, especially when using herbs.)
