How To Manifest A Specific Person
Step 1) Get clear on what it is that you want.
Be as specific as you’d like! Writing it down is a good way to start if you feel called to.
You may want to ask yourself some prompts such as:
- What is my desired end goal with my specific person?
- Do I have someone in mind already?
- Do I want to manifest an ideal person out of thin air? (Yep, It’s possible!)
- How do I want to be treated?
- What do I want the relationship to be like?
- How do I want to feel in this relationship?
When manifesting a specific person, some prefer to manifest in steps instead of going straight to the desired end goal.
For example: If you were manifesting in steps for a romantic relationship this may look like manifesting communication or dates first instead of going straight to the end with a committed relationship.
Do what feels right for you!
Step 2) Put yourself on the pedestal & take the SP off it.
By improving your self-concept and being at the centre of your world, you are going to feel and be magnetic to your desires. When manifesting a relationship with a specific person, you should avoid putting the person on a pedestal in the sense that you feel like they are something that is out of your reach.
Make yourself feel good. If you’re using affirmations (We will talk more about techniques in step 3), you may wish to make a few of them about your self-concept.
For example: Instead of affirming solely about your specific person, you could also state things like ‘I am so loveable‘ or ‘I am so worthy of the love that I receive every day’ etc.

Step 3) Use techniques to help you get into the state of the wish fulfilled.
When manifesting, the purpose of techniques is to get us into the state of the wish fulfilled and stay there.
There are tons of techniques such as affirming and visualising. There are also methods such as scripting, which is quite popular!
All in all, whichever you choose… they are all thoughts.
If you are affirming, you should affirm things to suggest that you already have your desired end goal with your SP, whatever that may be.
If you wish to use visualisation techniques, you should visualise scenarios involving things that would be happening if you already had your desired end goal with your SP and so on.
Step 4) Accept that your manifestation is complete & reside in the state of the wish fulfilled.
As soon as you imagine your desire being yours, it is yours – but you must persist in the assumption that it is. This is key when manifesting a relationship with a specific person.
By living in the state of the wish being fulfilled, you are telling your subconscious mind that you already have it.
Your most dominant thoughts must be in favour of your desired end goal.
For example: If you were manifesting communication from a specific person, you would think as if they had already contacted you. You wouldn’t check your phone and say ‘Why haven’t they contacted me at all yet?‘ – It would be natural for you to know that you already are in communication with them.
Step 5) Have gratitude for what you already have.
When we focus on the abundance and love that is around us, we attract more of it.
State things that you’re genuinely grateful for – it could be having a roof over your head, that coffee that you bought or the way that you felt spending time with loved ones.
Anything that makes you feel safe, secure and good!
